Disgraceful, 14th October
The A20, like all of the major roads throughout the country is full of road work litter such as abandoned cones, sign frames, sand bags and other paraphernalia. A total contempt of tax payers money. The very people meant to be maintaining the roads are one of the biggest culprits when it comes to roadside litter and debris. This behaviour is absolutely disgraceful. The fact you have reporting dumped equipment as on option on this platform shows how much of an issue it is.
You use the same traffic management companies throughout your network with Chevron, Ringway & Martins traffic management the main ones. Why don't you actually do something about their behaviour instead of rewarding them with contracts?! Fine them, stop giving them contracts until they stop leaving their mess everywhere! This issue has been going on for years, they do it because they know you aren't going to do anything about it. Please sort this out.

Illegal use of traffic cones, 24th May
I was recently visiting a friend in Farthingloe Road and noticed that the owner of 20 Farthinglie Road had placed 3 traffic cones outside his house to prevent other people from parking there.
I understand this is illegal and wondered if you'd have a word with him.
Parking is quite tight at this end of the road so doesn't need this at all.
Kind Regards and thank you. I look forward to hearing that you have asked him to stop it.

Drains blocked & large pieces of rubbish a20, 28th August
From folkestone roundhill tunnel into Dover, the drains for road surface water are covered in rubbish & vehicle debris. The gullies along side the a20 have weeds, gravel and further rubbish & debris. There is also a considerable amount of rubbish along the side of the road & central reservation. If the gullies, drains & other debris are not cleared surface water will impact road conditions during rain & wind ( braking distance/skiding). There are several large sheets of plastic that in winds may obscure driver visibility. This has been building over the last 6 months, with no visible efforts for cleaning or maintenance of the drains ahead of autumn/winter.

Litter everywhere alongside the road. It also appears that the salt container has been covered by a small mountain of rubbish.
Also, a lack of toilets.
''Portable toilets are to be installed along the M20 and A20 for lorry drivers stuck in long queues caused by predicted Brexit border delays.
The government says it has drawn up "detailed plans" to line the route with loos before December 31 (2020)''

Cones to layby now in carriageway, 6th January
Cones which are meant to be closing off the layby have moved out in to the carriageway. This is a blind crest on a 70mph road so you do not see the cone soon enough. My wife has just had to swerve in to lane 2 to avoid the cone. Luckily there was no other vehicle in this lane this time.

Was bad, gone worse, 20th May
Previously reported potholes have not bee even looked at, I see no paint marks or any indication of planned repairs. As a result, the road is now falling apart. Having to swerve from side to side in a straight road to avoid damage to my car. Might want to do something before one of the holes swallows someone's wheel. Or worse.

Many potholes and trenches, 7th April
The road is cracked several time all across, tarmac is collapsing and uneven around it. So hard on the suspension, will rattle your fillings out.
Also, having to swerve in a straight line for several hundred yards is not my idea of casual driving. Regards.
