Poor parking, 31st October
There has been a lot of parking on the pavement by the post box and it is blocking the path. Sometimes there are three or four cars or vans. A red one has. It moved in a year. Also, on Westover road and bottom of Northdown hill there is parking on the path and blocking of views of pedestrians which could cause an accident crossing the road.
