TPO is now extending across over half way several gardens and roots now reaching the houses particularly in Paisley Road but also affects houses in Herberton Road although their gardens are further back. These trees need reducing by at least half if not more. When we moved here 49 years ago the trees were of acceptable height and vegetables could be grown at the end of the garden this is now impossible. Sycamore seeds every year come down and start to grow all over the gardens which if left in the ground grow into more trees. PLEASE could permission be granted to cut back a bit 57 59 61 63 Paisley Road also attached gardens in Herberton Road. Trees are central to Herberton Road/Paisley Road

Roadside parking causes choke point for vehicles and is very high risk for vulnerable road users, 15th October
The roadside parking takes up the entire westbound land and this causes a choke point for vehicles who rather than wait for a clear path will typically cruise through which presents a very high risk for vulnerable road users who have to give way even when they have priority to avoid a collision. The route is also a bus route and the buses also do not wait for a clear path, cyclists are faced with a wall of death coming at them when traveling eastbound.

White sprayed graffiti of TW sprayed over all the public seats- I know exactly when the offender vandalised this exactly Monday 4pm onwards there was no graffiti and between then and now the graffiti appeared- when I walked down this path there was a gang of hooded men on the band stand who I am sure committed the offence please check CCTV for photographic evidence to capture the offender's

Car parked on dropped kerb blocking driveway, 27th September
License plate shown above, white Jaguar, parked directly in front of driveway alongside dropped kerb. There is no way I can exit my driveway which I need to do for emergency reasons.

It will cause an accident as approaching traffic can not see. It is on double yellows and the pavement. Right on the corner. Tow it away. Before it causes a incident.

Traffic camera defaced/faulty, 27th May
Traffic camera has been defaced with paint covering the lenses. This road has seen motorbikes narrowly missing people while they clearly exceed the speed limit since I moved in here in January. If the camera was fully functional, I'm sure it would be a suitable deterrent. The speed bumps dont slow down motorbikes that just use then as a chicane or lorries who.can speed straight over them to no effect.

Glass smashed at bus stop. Lots of debris, 6th December
A courier (I think Fed Ex) reversed into the bus stop. They didn't notice but drove straight off.

Deep, wide depression in road - bottom end of road., 17th June
Has been marked for repair with white lines (faded, so not recent), BUT is v. deep in the middle. I causes a severe jolt if traversed in a car, and could have serious consquences for 2-wheel users in particular. It needs urgent attention. BCP doesn't accept referrals from fixmystreet, so will report this directly.
