These have been here for years/months, no one has done anything about it other then neighbour's try to fill them but they open up again after a couple of days, there are so many. Not only is it damaging cars but our daughter is disabled and epileptic and is has caused her great anxiety and we have to drive her in and out our road twice a day at least, she gets in home and just sobs.
