There is a ridge and a dip across the road, worse on westbound carriageway, which is getting deeper. The noise as vehicles cross is very loud, much more noticeable over approx past 4 months. Concerned that surface and/or bridge getting dangerous. Also the noise reverberates, is loud and continuous – especially noticeable at night when other surrounding noises are quieter – this is very disturbing . I can hear it constantly and I live over a mile away. Please can you level the surface to ensure safety and prevent the noise.

Heading east from Merley roundabout on the Wimborne bypass just before the lay-by an animal ran into the front wheel of my car. I couldn't stop and I didn't see what happened to it but it must have at least been badly injured.

Water leak from old pipe in the road, 6th July
This is an update from a recent report regarding squishy Road surface where water is pushing up the road. Dorset council have just dug down and it is clear that there is a slow leak from an old rusty water pipe. See pics. The water company will now need to fix this.

Squishy surface. Water pushing up the ground beneath the tarmac, 27th June
There is water underground that is pushing the earth up underneath the tarmac. The road is soft and squishy. We have reported to Bournemouth Water and they say they can't hear any water from their pipes however, there is clearly water leaking from somewhere because the ground is being pushed up from beneath. This is on the road between number 19 and 17. And is getting worse. We are worried that a sink hole might appear if it's not dealt with.
