The road sign indicating the roundabout is not visible when travelling west from Penn Hill. Numerous incidents occur at this junction due to traffic not giving way at the roundabout. That’s even with a give way inverted triangle on the road surface. This was reported over a year ago to the BCP Council and still has not been rectified.

Been here for 3 months + and BCP not repairing it despite it having been reported to them.

It's not a residents car and it's taking up valuable parking space. It's been dumped been there over 3 weeks hasn't moved once in that time.

Noisy manhole cover in front of Martin and Co Ashley Cross, 27th June
There is a noisy manhole cover on Commercial Road (in front of Martin and Co estate agents - Ashley Cross) which has been disturbing the whole neighbourhood every time a car drives pass. It’s a busy road so this has been affecting my mental health as I work from home, I cannot sleep or have a quiet time.

Manhole not fixed properly, 15th May
There is a manhole on the road in front of Martin and Co State agency which is not fixed property and it’s making a lot of noises when cars drive on it. It needs to be repaired as it’s disturbing my work and it can be dangerous . Thanks

Domestic waste, rubble, burnt waste, 1st February
Access to an alley blocked with waste. The alley is used s to gain access to domestic properties above the shops. A few small kids also use this entrance, it poses a serious health and safety risk

Potential sink hole, 1st April
A water leak has caused subsidence with a severe dip in the road. This may result in a "sink hole" and needs urgent attention. At best it represents a hazard to motor cyclists.

Unlocked abandoned vehicle, 3rd July
The vehicle has been there for four months - it is unlocked. Anyone, including children, could decide they might like to try and start or roll it.

Broken glass on the pavement, 19th February
Months ago a car window had been smashed, the glass is all over the pavement still. I can’t walk my dog along the path for fear she will cut her paws.

Vibration from the traffic which is making my bed shake, 8th September
I have recently moved into a new flat on a main road! The vibrations are so bad they make my whole bed shake. I have been using vibration mats and done everything I can think to minimise but nothing works. I’m struggling to sleep and it’s making me feel quite ill. Any suggestions on what to do or who to speak to?

These cars a constantly blocking the busy road at day time. The road is very busy day time, especially now when its a road works next to the corner. Hard to drive through.

Parking spot obstruction, 8th January
Resident of the property has been leaving their recycling/waste bins in the road in order to reserve a parking spot that does not belong to them.
It obstructs the road and has been witnessed multiple times as I have walked past. It's selfish to the other residents around there who may have to go elsewhere to find a spot as parking spots are fairly limited in the area.
