There is a constant issue with littering and rubbish dumping along Garden Walk. Some of it is quite large. The street has been cleaned once to my knowledge in the whole 8 years I have lived here. I think because it is an alley along the back of peoples properties it is getting neglected. But for many residents this is our main point of access to our properties, so we are dealing with the litter and dog fouling on a daily basis. Litter bins, signs and regular street cleaning would be helpful.

Large amounts of dog fouling all down road, 30th January
Dog fouling is a constant problem along Garden Walk. It is a regular dog walking route for many people. Unfortunately, some people are not picking up after their dog. I think this is due to it not being overlooked. It would be helpful if their were more signs to discourage dog fouling. Also litter bin at either end of garden walk would hopefully encourage folks to bag it and bin it. It's very frustrating as a resident of Garden Walk, to step out and see so much dog fouling in one street. This is an area where my children play.

Pedestrian crossing activates for no reason, 13th November
Traffic lights allowing pedestrians to cross at the three lights roundabout going into Fleetwood from Thornton seem to be activating without any pedestrians pressing the button and causing red lights to stop traffic for no apparent reason. Seems to have been happening since last night

Pelican crossing close to the Eros rounabout on the A585 and the B5268, 10th July
The delay between pressing the button to cross at this crossing and for it to operate has been changed recently and now takes a very long time to stop the traffic. Most pedestrians will assume that it is not working and cross this dangerous road at their peril.

Untaxed car outside my house for 4 weeks., 24th June
A Vauxhall Corsa in White has been left outside my house for 4 weeks now.it is untaxed and we believe it to have been abandoned by one of our neighbours who have left the property they rented in the street.

Kendal Avenue road Cleveleys is absolutely shocking, my daughter's boyfriends as seen in the image has been struck by stones flicked up by the massive potholes along the entire road.

Most of the gutters are full of weeds and debris, this is not only unsightly, but represents a definite issue and risk of flooding, as the drains are blocked.

Many potholes at Broadway/Larkholme Lane intersection, 10th May
Multiple holes and bad surface damage. Multiple patch jobs have been attempted over the years which have subsequently sunken or fallen apart themselves making the road even worse.
When vans and HGVs drive over this section it is incredibly noisy and can be heard from hundreds of metres away. In nearby homes it feels like an earth tremor, to the extent that objects in houses shake violently, cavity wall insulation can be heard falling, and it is causing cracks in garden walls and buildings to appear.
Despite the damage being reported to the council numerous times it is still yet to be fixed. Road was scheduled for resurfacing in March, which was then postponed to May, which has now been postponed to June.

Potholes and surface damage on Broadway near Melbourne Avenue, 10th May
Compare this spot on Google Street View: the images there were taken in June 2021, a little under a year ago, and you can see how much the "repairs" have degraded in that time. Cracks run from the potholes to either side of the road, which themselves are also starting to fall apart and form new holes and cracks. Noise from the potholes being driven over can be heard from hundreds of meters away and can also be felt in houses nearby.

Potholes and road damage have been here for at least a year. There are multiple potholes, with some that go entirely through the surface of the road leaving the layers underneath visible. When vans and other HGVs travel over this section the noise is audible for hundreds of metres around and can be felt as vibrations in nearby homes.
