Pedestrian crossing activates for no reason, 13th November
Traffic lights allowing pedestrians to cross at the three lights roundabout going into Fleetwood from Thornton seem to be activating without any pedestrians pressing the button and causing red lights to stop traffic for no apparent reason. Seems to have been happening since last night

10/15cm deep pot hole near ASDA goods entrance, 23rd May
The pothole is a seriously damaging one which my vehicle struck. From initial personal inspection of tyres I couldn't detect damage I was unable to check suspension.

Abandoned caravan, corner of Mount St and Harris St, 18th February
Someone has dumped a large family-size caravan, no registration plate, at the corner of Mount Street and Harris Street. It isn't currently causing a hazard or serious obstruction but it'll need to be moved at some point. It has been there for several weeks, no sign of anyone coming back for it so I'm sure it's a dump job.

Persistent rubbish from bags/bin blowing around street, 20th April
Man from 17 Mowbray Rd puts bags out well before bin day which get torn open by cats/seagulls etc. He does not clear it just lets it roll around the street. Bin men have put notices on his bin that he ignores, has been known to empty rubbish from car onto road. The latest is, he put a broken metal bed outside his fence for three days. The scrapman did not pick up so during the evening/night he has dumped it in a vacant property (22 Mowbray). This man is not very approachable and he obviously does not care about the area and is happy to live in a dump. Not all the neighbours appreciate this. He has lived at no 17 for approx. 18 months and has always been dumping his rubbish and letting it blow around. Thank you for dealing with this matter.

Pelican crossing constantly activating, 3rd October
The pelican crossing on the corner of North Albert Street and Victoria Street is constantly activating so traffic is been inconvenienced by a constant red light the same is happening on Lord Street Pelican crossing Fleetwood also creating congestion
