FIXMYSTREET IN FY3 0EL
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of FY3 0EL:
Light out, 25th April
The ginnel between Levens Drive and Hardhorn has a light at the Levens drive end that does not work making it an easy target for dog walkers to let their dog foul down this ginnel. Also for anyone walking down this ginnel with no lights on, can walk into the excrement or trip up as this area is not a flush pathway

Brighter bulb required, 11th November
Whalley Crescent has only 1 Street light, it needs a brighter bulb, as when you leave your house you cannot see the kerbs, someone is going to have an accident soon. Also it may solve the dog fouling situation as it would deter a certain household from going out at night between 10pm and 11pm letting their dog off to foul in the Crescent.

Need parking lines, 11th November
As there are more residents with cars on Whalley Crescent, we need parking lines drawn out, people are parking ridiculously. There have been lots of arguments regarding this, and soon its going to get violent. Please can you arrange for this to happen as soon as possible.

My neighbour with this van parks in the dropped curb regularly and blocks me in. The police had to ask him to remove the obstruction today so that I could get out of the driveway!, 3rd November
I bought my house 19 years ago, with the garage at the rear and an old stone dropped curb at the entrance to the shared drive.
Since then, my newest neighbour damaged all the curb stones and footpath parking his van on the path. Corrective work was then carried out whereby the curb stones where replaced to the front of No.77 where he parks, and in front of the driveway, but there is now no definition of where the dropped curb used to be and the curb was extended in front of number 77 when it should just be at the end of the drive.
Someone from the council has since been out to both myself and the neighbour at number 79 and has confirmed that it is indeed a dropped curb at the entrance to the driveway so must not be parked upon.
Yet I am now being told that the dropped curb is illegal and my neighbour intentionally blocks my access.
I am now suffering harassment as a result, with no redress as he brags about not paying any of the parking tickets issued.
I suspect that somewhere the records for this dropped curb have been recorded incorrectly and need to find out how I get the dropped curb reinstated as legal again please.
I also need to find out who actually owns it too please, I think it is council owned.
Many thanks in advance.

Too many potholes on Paddock Drive to count, 7th August
Paddock Drive is crumbling and there's large potholes at either end caused by the buses but more are appearing down the whole length of the road. They are repaired but within days the poor quality repair crumbles spitting grit everywhere and blocking the drains. The whole surface needs replacing and I was told during election canvassing this would be done - so I'd like to see some action.

Outside 73 /75, FY3 9TA, 10th July
Large pothole re-appeared flicking big stones all over the place from the speeding cars often whizzing up this road which is damaging vehicles! These potholes have been poorly repaired several times if you check your records. Having to keep reporting them via neighours as they keep regularly appearing again and again, hence the photo of the others that have started to crumble that need attention before they get bigger. A re-surface is badly needed and surely would work out cheaper than the shoddy repairs which keep having to be done ! It looks like a patchwork quilt !
