I had my gate kicked of I had it put back up it gate to alley had two bolts put on it still someone keeps opening it n chucking rubisj in there been going on for over a year now more n more Rubish my neiber can't get out he's gate now n there's dog or sone toilet keeps building up too Iv picked it up before ciz summer loads flies but fed up with it keep happening, 24th April

Untaxed an no insurance, 18th April
The car has been parked there for about 3 week it's had a number of parking tickets it also has no tax or insurance to my knowledge it is illegal to be parked on a public road with no tax or insurance. There are also parked with no permit

Dim street light at night in the alleyway of hill street, 11th February
The first street light in the alleyway past the council gate at night is very dim (labeled as 1 Back Hill Street), barley any light from it making it it hard to see at night.

Collapsed manhole in road on Palatine Rd outside private car park near church, 7th February
There is a manhole there that seems to have collapsed, when it's driven over it causes a harsh bump and I feel it could be damaging to car's suspension and/or tyres

Oil Spillage remains on the footpath, 3rd January
The Council attended to the reported black sump oil leakage on the the footpath by a local resident and made it safer to walk on using grit and sawdust but the oil remains there. It will corrode the tarmac and leave holes outside 43 and 45 Woodland Grove if not cleaned with a strong detergent.

Car oil leaked on to footpath causing a hazard to pedestrians, 22nd December
Due to a local resident's car leaking oil regularly on to the footpath outside 45 Woodland Grove the surface has become very slippy and a lady walking home from the nearby Walk in Centre slipped on it two evenings ago. She was unharmed and I recommended she report it but this could be more dangerous to an older person. Please arrange to have this made safe.

Loose paving slabs corner of Ansdell Road & Finsbury Avenue., 8th December
Paving slabs are sticking up & are loose & rocking, on Ansdell Road, cornered with Finsbury Avenue. Very dangerous, an accident waiting to happen. Need relaying asap. Been like this for a very long time.

Vehicle oil spillage on to soft surface footpath and kerb stones., 8th December
A local resident regularly parks his car on the pavement's soft surface footpath and spillages of oil and other fluids are damaging the footpath's tarmac surface adjacent to the houses of 43 and 45 Woodland Grove. This is already showing signs of deterioration and the road has double yellow lines but these are ignored overnight. The user of the leaking vehicle lives across the road (28) but he can occasionally have an unapproachable manner so this must be dealt with officially by whoever maintains the footpath. The overnight parking and leakages have been noticed over the past 6 months and the traffic wardens cannot act because there is often a blue badge on display. This relatively new footpath will soon crumble.

Daily dog fouling, 4th December
This man allows his dog to foul outside our house 3 times a day, he only picks it up if he sees me watching him and as i work from home I see him frequently. This has been going on now for weeks.

Fly tipping intront of carpark entrance and turning point for large vehicles, seems to be from contractors clearing a property on back bond st with no attempt to clear for a few days now., 10th November
