Huge safety issue, 22nd February
I reported about 8/10 large potholes going down old Wells Road, going from hospital estate to Crematorium. They are on left hand side of the road. I work at the Crematorium and have had several people had to leave cars here as hit potholes and tyres broke. I had a response from you yesterday saying checked and is safe. How have u checked when has been flooded, also it IS dangerous as for two cars to safely go by each other the only way is to hit potholes all the way up. So this is now my 2ND ATTEMPT to get this sorted as if I damage my car. You will be paying as had to report them twice now. When we have families coming to funerals and are least 3 people have hit in last few weeks, this is an issue. Understanding is once reported if then someome damages rhey can claim against u. I would also like to know how you have inspected and risk assessed when it's been mainly flooded the last week? I look forward to your prompt action. I will happily show u the all, altho they are clearly visible of you drive or walk down that lane. If easnt so dangerous I'd take pictures for u, but I'm not getting out on that lane as it isn't safe to
