One metre diameter pothole across full width of southbound carriageway, 19th February
Clarification of my earlier report of this dangerous pothole.
Location is on A39 Bristol Hill, approaching Wells, near to the entrance of the downhill escape road, just around a curve and hence unseen until very close. Avoiding the pothole entails steering onto the opposite side of the road, so it requires IMMEDIATE rectification.

Urgent - One meter diameter pothole, extending across the southbound side of the A39 road, close to the entrance to the escape road., 19th February
This pothole has become rapidly enlarged during the heavy weekend rains. It cannot be avoided without crossing to the other side (oncoming) of the carriageway. It poses a serious risk of injury to road users and requires IMMEDIATE rectification if a serious accident is to be avoided

Blocked drains causing flooding at West and South Horrington, 17th February
The road drains around the West Horrington turning off Bath Road are blocked and have been for about 11 days now. This has been reported to the council who seemed to send somebody out to inspect and photograph the issue. Water that would usually be taken away by the blocked drains is running down the road. My property is down the hill from these blocked drains and has flooded twice in less than two weeks as a result. The blockages seem to be mud and gravel.

Broken Wooden bollard, 22nd November
There are a few wooden bollards at the end of this road to prevent people driving through Brown's gate or using it as a parking space. The middle bollard is broken and missing. The remaining bollards still prevent drivers getting through but it may start to get used as a parking space
