Flooding of road due to position of sand banks, 4th December
Black sand bags have been piled in front of a gate into a field along the B3310 coming from Norton St Philip towards Hinton Charterhouse (they have been there for weeks). When there is heavy rain as in recent weeks water can’t flow from the road into the field and it causes flooding across the road. This is extremely dangerous (and probably illegal). I’ve tried to take a photo but there isn’t anywhere to stop safely. Thanks for your help.
