Middle of the road about halfway up/ down, 30th April
This is more of a sinkhole than a pothole, it's about 2 feet deep and it looks like the sides may collapse further. I think it's new this evening as I didn't see it earlier today.

Pedestrian crossing button missing so isn't functioning, 30th April
On the north side of the pedestrian crossing opposite Piper’s Passage, the button has been stolen or vandalised and is missing, so the crossing cannot be operated unless you have something thin to push into the central opening to activate the switch, making it unsafe to cross.

In the road outside No16 South Lea Road, 30th April
This pothole has been present for months and is gradually deteriorating. The existing flexible surfacing appears to be less than 100mm in depth and is founded on clay formation. I believe the existing road construction is unsuitable for the current bus and heavy goods vehicle traffic. The whole of the surfacing to South Lea and West Lea Roads have numerous potholes, cracks and very poor regularity leading to unsafe motoring and cycling conditions. When will these roads be completely resurfaced (rather than just patched and slurry sealed) like the works recently undertaken in Weston Park, Cranwells Park, Landsdown and elsewhere in Bath?

Old lady tripped over poor pavement surface here, 30th April
There's a missing bit of concrete next to the manhole cover, causing a raised edge.
There is also a thin strip of paving slab missing or sunken nearby (see arrows) that could also have caused the trip.
I saw the lady fall from a distance so not sure which one caused this. She fell onto both knees and was clearly in some pain as a result.

Hedge obstructing pavement, 29th April
For a few weeks now I have been forced to walk in the road on Lymore Avenue as the hedge has not been cut back. The street is always lined with parked cars and so pedestrians are forced to walk in the road. Cars come extremely fast to get up speed to tackle the elevation and so this is quite dangerous.
