Highly ambiguous speed restriction signage., 25th January
While construction work is underway there are speed restrictions in force, with average speed checks and physical limit signs in place. The placement of these signs is highly confusing with a mix of 30 and 50mph signage in this section, alternating frequently with some 30 and 50mph signs being positioned almost next to each other. I understand this has led to a large number of penalty notices being issued to drivers who genuinely thought they were driving within the limit (ie 50mph). I am concerned myself having driven both Eastbound and Westbound last Saturday (20th).

Faulty speed cameras, 15th December
I believe there may be a fault with the average speed camera on this rd as I have heard many local people say they have been court speeding when the have not. Maybe the average speed limit starts in the wrong place or something. There are a lot of upset people.

Massive hole, 11th November
This drain has been blocked for years and now a large pothole has formed beside it. There are also others either side of it on this stretch of road that has inadequate drainage. When these holes are flooded which is often you cannot see them and so they are potentially very dangerous and could easily cause vehicle damage. This whole stretch of road requires a drainage review.

Blocked Drain, 19th September
On this bend is a blocked gully that I have reported numerous times and nothing is ever done about it. Given the devastating floods we had in this area in May I am amazed that this has STILL not been escalated to being essential work? The ink below notes that keys works suck as gully emptying and drain jetting were required. Here's one that got missed!

The growth is now making it very dangerous when turning left on to the A303 from the temporary Downhead Lane. Local residents' lives are being endangered. This is a narrow lane with sharp bends and completely unsuitable for HGVs wishing to avoid the A303. Can this please be investigated / actioned ASAP please before there is an incident.
