Branch sticking out from the bank, 10th November
The hollow just South of the White Post Restaurant has rocks and branches sticking out of the bank. One of these has successfully broken my passenger door mirror glass as well as the housing which includes the side indicator. This stretch of road (in the hollow) needs clearing and a speed limit may help slow down the idots that drive down there with unlit trailers at far too high speeds!

Appealing road surface, 7th December
Compared to the Dorset end of this road, this whole stretch pretty much from the railway line all the way up the hill and past the White Post restaurant has the most uneven surface. In the last few months it has actually started to make my car rattle when I use this road twice a day! The Sherborne end has had some resurfacing done which has hugely improved it and suggest Somerset highways do the same. I can't prove its this stretch of road that has caused my car to rattle but am sure it has not helped the situation.
