Oil spilt on the road, 30th September
The left hand lane has oil/fuel spilt over it and cars are wheel spinning. This is unsafe and there could be an accident

Constantly barking dog, 25th August
There’s a dog barking incessantly; from first until last thing.
Seems the owner chucks it into the garden at meal times as there’s a solid hour of barking at each of these times but it’s barking for most of the day so difficult to say.

Badly broken road surface, 8th February
Extensive damage to road surface across the road, on A363, between Junction Road and St Margaret’s Street junctions. Has been getting worse over the last few months but has been completely ignored. Please can you fix this problem before someone gets injured or property gets damaged. Thank you.

Deep pothole in middle of road, 8th February
Deep pothole in middle of road very close to crossing point. Difficult to spot but potentially dangerous to motorcycles, pedal cycles and pedestrians. Likely to cause severe damage to vehicle tyres and wheels. Very difficult to avoid. Requires urgent repair. Has been here for at least 2 weeks. Approx depth 6-10”, width approx 10”.

Dangerous pothole, 12th April
There is a dangerous pothole just below the brow of the bridge at this location. There has obviously been some sort of repair previously but it has sunk into the road to a depth of at least 2 inches. Pedestrians use this regularly and I saw a person trip in the pothole while crossing today. There is a very real chance of serious injuries should someone trip while crossing.

Broken surface, potholes, ridges and sunken drains, 16th January
Broken surface with various potholes, badly sunken drain covers, and ridges affecting southbound carriageway mainly, on Frome Road, between junction with St Margaret's Street and Junction Road. Has been unprepared for many months and really deserves to be fixed as a real nuisance. Distracts attention from traffic, as road users try and avoid the worst bits, so likely to cause an accident if not resolved.

Flytipping in a setback Farm gateway along the Westwood Road, This is a Historic Fly-tipping place which has been used for many years but recently it have gone to another level , two weeks ago someone tipped a blue plastic sheet with rubbish under and around it then onor around Monday the 19th Dec someone tipped a Three Piece Suite then to cap it off **ON CHRISTMAS DAY **someone tipped their Christmas Present wrappings and their Christmas Present Packaging along with old toys etc etc ,the last items were tipped between 10.15am and 12 noon because we drove past at 10.15 and only the previous two items were there then when we drove back we saw the third item i.e. Christmas Wrappings , i photographed the site and have attached them here., 26th December
We feel there has not been a concerted effort to deal with the regular tipping that takes place in this gateway which has been happening for many years but is getting more frequent of late , where are the hidden cameras etc etc

On street Parking, 22nd December
During recent roadworks the on street parking was suspended. This worked great - traffic could for once flow in both directions unhindered. However once the parking suspension was lifted, the problem returned. With on street parking there is only room for one direction of traffic at a time. The parking suspension should be made permanent.

Several deep potholes that are a danger to cyclists, 28th May
There have been several deep potholes on Winsley Road, Bradford-on-Avon, for several months. Most are on the eastbound side and stretch from the worst one outside house number 175, to as far as the Co-op shop. I frequently cycle this route and have to manoeuvre around them, a danger in itself. The road surface along this whole stretch is in a very poor condition and previous patching is disintegrating. I hope this road gets the urgent attention it needs, not just temporary patching, but a complete resurface before a serious accident occurs.
