Broken manhole, 22nd February
On the road going to Salisbury from Warminster there is a broken manhole with a big hole next to it. Making a lot of noise, is going to damage a vehicle or hurt somebody if not sorted.

Pothole, 9th December
The pothole is deep enough to cause damage to vehicles and is not easy to see at night. It is getting larger in the wet weather. The road surface has been filled and the filling is now coming apart creating a potential hazard. This has been like this for the last 2 weeks and getting worse. It is apparent where the roads converge as indicated

Massive pothole destroyed my tyre, 30th March
There is a cone put over the hole but it's been pushed eight back and not visible on that side of the road. J only saw it coming back the other way. The pothole has cost me a tyre.

Unnecessary Road Block at Traffic Lights, 19th January
All traffic is being diverted from the east bound carriageway of the A303 because of flooding on to the slip road for the A36. Normally at the traffic lights on the A36 vehicles can turn left towards Warminster or right towards Salisbury. For some inexplicable reason the gap between the north and southbound carriageways of the A36 has been blocked with cones and diversion signs preventing a right turn from 3 directions. As a result drivers leaving the A303 and wishing to head towards Salisbury are having to turn left and many are then performing dangerous manoeuvres on the A36, doing u-turns at gaps in the central reservation or at the end of the dual-carriageway near the turning to Fisherton. Like wise, residents of Deptford are unable to turn right towards Warminster or turn right back in to Deptford when approaching from the Salisbury direction. Please can National Highways remove this ridiculous and unnecessary road block as a matter of urgency before there is a serious accident.

Road markings very faded and difficult to read/understand, 10th January
Wylye parish council have complained to me on several occasions that the white line markings are very faded and make it very difficult for drivers to understand when negotiating this junction. I use this junction regularly and it is not an easy junction. Cars coming from the east on the A36 to head west on the A303 do not always realise there is a give way marking on the slip road for the traffic coming from the north onto the westbound A303, or that it is two way traffic. Also the white line markings at the junction of the slip road into Wylye village.

Sensors not working on Deptford of traffic lights, 18th May
Was sat for about 10 minutes waiting for traffic lights to change when coming out of Deptford on to A36, but lights stuck on red, other side's of the lights were working ok.

Multiple potholes in filled in utilities trough, 7th April
There is an utilities trough that is filled in that goes across the road. It now has multiple potholes in the dig and you cannot go around them. This is the slip road that joins the A36 West bound.

Path alongside a36 covered is moss & extremely slippery, 27th July
Most of the path from just after Yarnbury Court (Westbound) on the A36 down to the A303 is covered is moss which makes it extremely slippery and dangerous to walk or cycle on. It starts where the path moves away from the road side so there is a grass verge between the road and path (this is the worst part but there are patches all along until You get to the A303. I frequently walk along this road and it is getting worse by the week causing me great concern as I am currently pregnant and very worried I am going to slip over.

Entering a303 heading east one expects to enter a slip road before filtering onto the carriageway but there is no slip road. Instead you SUDDENLY find yourself on the main carriageway as a sitting duck for fast moving traffic. It is the MOST DANGEROUS ACCESS POINT I HAVE EVER SEEN . Urgent works are needed. At a minimum, bold warning signage and a stop line across the road junction. Best would be the construction of a proper slipway on entering the a303 main carriageway. Suitable work should be carried out URGENTLY before there isa major incident and death., 27th June
