As you can see on photo evidence of the road surface is to my shock horror on the depth of these pot holes which have not been maintained for many many years. On my experience on driving to a church service this morning I prayed to god that my car suspension would make it across to a suitably parking space which was very limited. Thank goodness I’m presuming my car it ok. I have a service/ MOT due soon. If the road I have pointed out to you you could well be billed by many more users that have to gain access to other businesses in that area.

Several broken paving slabs on public access, 28th April

Sun, 28 Apr 2024 06:58:37 +0100
51.370547 -2.376717

There are several broken paving slabs with some concaving inwards creating a 5cm tripping hazard. This pavement is public access to my privately owned property which very soon will have many pedestrians walking up and down when viewing my property to rent, including small children. My estate agents have informed me that this is council owned and indeed extremely hazardous.

Excessive & dangerous littering, 27th April

Sat, 27 Apr 2024 19:48:50 +0100
51.390717 -2.356105

Household waste dumped overnight at bottom of Pera Road on public pavement. The area was clear at 11pm on Thurs 25 April. On Friday 26 April two bin bags appeared, one ripped open with glass, household rubbish & dirty food containers strewn all over the bottom of Pera Road. I can see that another resident reported this on 26 April but the council took no action. By 27 April the second bag had also been ripped open spewing more dirty food containers, opened cans & glass onto Pera Road. This is now strewn all over Thomas Street. Appalling anti-social behaviour..its likely the same person is responsible as this is the second incident in a short space of time.

Fly tipping of household furniture. Large wooden desk dumped., 27th April

Sat, 27 Apr 2024 19:37:38 +0100
51.390717 -2.356105

Large wooden desk dumped on public pavement overnight, propped against fence of Emery's construction site at the bottom of Pera Road. First seen on Friday 26 April 24. On Saturday 27 April the item had fallen onto the road causing a safety hazard to.pedestrians & obstructing vehicles, forcing them to drive against the wall of adjacent properties. The perimeter of the Emery's site on Pera Road is becoming a general dumping ground for the anti-social element of the community. There needs to be security measures in.place to identify the persons responsible.
