Weeds and grass growing on the kerb, 4th May
Weeds are growing over the kerbs and pavement. Gradually covering a bigger area. Cats use this area as a toilet, so it’s not very pleasant when trying to walk from the car.

Blocked drain, 2nd May
I reported this drain a few weeks ago, this drain has been blocked for far to long. Nothing has been done. I am fed up of having to make sure there is no on coming traffic before I can walk on this pavement,otherwise I would be soaked by the water that gets splashed up over the pavement by the passing cars etc. Due to the drain being completely blocked.

Blocked drains, 30th April
Every drain in portway and wallbridge Road are filled with mud stones and leaves so when ot rains the water has nowhere to go and turns the roads into rivers.

Lots of broken glass and debris, 29th April
The well-used footpath between Portway and Singer's Knoll is badly in need of a good sweep. As well as a large amount of broken glass and build up of general grot on either side of the path, there is also a small pile of debris in the alcove towards the top near Singer's Knoll where there used to be a litter bin and on the steps at the top. It's only a little path, but a vital one for people getting to and from the town from the area.

Cars parking on pavements, 28th April
This area has been turned into a car park! There is a similar patch at the top of the road with Mendip signs saying “no parking” where the elderly and disabled live! Yet the same size and situation at the bottom and parking like this is tolerated? I can’t even get by with my wheelchair! They fly up onto it without even looking it’s extremely dangerous!

Hundreds of cigarette butts and litter all around bin near Parsons bakery, 26th April
There are hundreds of cigarette butts and assorted litter all around the bin near Parsons Bakery on Christchurch Street West, before it turns into Catherine Street. The pavements and gutters are strewn with it. The bin is regularly emptied but nothing round it is ever sorted.
