Incorrect 20mph signs, 31st March
The 20mph terminal signs located on Lower Street, Buckland Dinham are not the correct size to comply with signage regulations. The 20 signs here are small repeater signs & should be the larger, terminal signs. Also, there is insufficient guidance from there to the junction with the A362 High Street as there are no 20mph repeater signs at all. As a result, correct 20mph terminal signs are required & at least one 20mph repeater sign needs to be installed further along Lower Street

Severe littering along A 362, 25th January
This has been accumulating for months. The stretch of Vallis Rd/A362 from ‘The Cottonworks’ to the junction with Coalash Lane is disgusting. Also heavily littered is Coalash Lane itself, from the A362 junction to the junction with Spring Gardens. It is well overdue for a litter clearance.

Broken crockery concealed in footpath, 8th May
On walkway next to river there were 3 patches of potholes that have broken crockery that we believe people have put there so when it rains, it can't be seen and causes harm to people/animals. (Very stupid!) Very hard to put exactly where it was but it's over the bridges on walk way and much further down.
Also, a wheel in river nearby, too.
