Street light No3 opposite No 14 Woodland Close, not working, 23rd April
Street lighting, lack of, in Woodland Close has been reported a number of times by me and others. I was delighted when work was done last Tuesday ( following my report of the previous day). Unfortunately, the light outside of my property has failed to ‘ignite’ despite the old sodium- orange - fitting being replaced by LED. This situation has been ongoing for months. A resolution soonest would be much appreciated.

Large deep pothole on Newport Road just before Welcome sign.n, 22nd April
I found this pothole by driving over it. It is dangerous and should be dealt with without delay. As it is marked round I assume it has been identified. It could be particularly dangerous at night to motorcyclists and pushbikes

Entrance to farm causing issues, 22nd April
There's a mobile home and a hole in the edge with 2 green gates on the duel carriageway Wolverhampton direction and it is a big safety hazard. cars are having to emergency stop on the 60mph stretch if someone is turning into a hole thats been made on the verge. please can an officer come and have a look

Root problem, 21st April
This is a preservation order tree but this has never been maintained and now the branches are entwined around phone wire lines.a new led light.and the roots are coming up threw my front garden.

Surface water over road due to blocked gully, 15th April
This gully needs sorting out. It has been blocked for 8 months and water is now flooding across the road. Cars are taking the bend wide to miss the standing water and I have personally nearly had 2 accidents because of this. Really not good enough.. please send a road gully cleaner out. Just because we live on the outskirts of Shropshire, we still pay rates!!

Streets lights out, 15th April
Street lighting in Woodland Close - lack of - has been reported to you on several occasions by myself and another. Some weeks ago, a team came out and looked at No 3 light in the close. They assured me that they had been given the wrong info ref this fitting. Before it gave up the ghost, this was an orange light. The workmen had been told differently. We have seen no further evidence of this, and other lights in the close, being attended to. When can we expect to see some action? The Bushfield Estate, of which Woodland Close is part, has a number of lights out. Also it has a motley collection of orange and white lights giving an impression of ‘make do’ rather than a pride in the environment.

This light has been reported as not working previously and was reported as 'fixed' on the 27th March. The engineers did visit, but seemingly 'repaired' streetlight 5 that was already working, despite the location pin and photo showing the correct location.

The vehicle owned by number 23 Charles Avenue is continually leaking oil which with the recent rain is now being washed along the gutter down the road. The smell is strong and is a hazard to cyclists/motorbikes/pedestrians

Fridge dumped in lay by, 4th April
There's a fridge dumped in the layby, which has been pushed down the bank so isn't immediately visible from the road. There's a lot of other rubbish down there, but the main bit is the fridge.
