Large Pothole, 14th April
Large pothole at the back of a previously, poorly fixed pothole, there is nowhere to go to avoid it. It is difficult to see in the dark and wet, but is a major problem during the morning rush hour. It has been there for well over a month but is gradually getting worse. it is in the patch of previously 'repaired' potholes'. please help, only a matter of time before an accident happened as drivers react to the massive bang it causes to car suspension. I will be taking my car in for checking.

Craters instead of potholes would be a better description, 12th April
I don't have any photos of the craters that are at the entrance/exit to this road. All I do know is that the road is borderline dangerous and has been like this for a while.
Considering access for one of Wolverhampton City Councils sites is gained by entering this road, I would have thought it would have been repaired by now.

Usually 3 cars are parked almost completely blocking footpath, up against a garden fence. It is impossible for pedestrians to use footpath to pass by, my daughter is in a wheelchair so had to use the road., 11th April

I am reaching out through FixMyStreet.co.uk to publicly express my profound concerns regarding the environmental misconduct by Recycled Plastic UK Ltd, located at Freeman St, Wolverhampton WV10 0ES. This company has been responsible for significant environmental pollution through the dispersal of plastic particles on the pavements surrounding their premises and into the local drainage system. The release of plastic particles into the environment is a serious breach of Section 34 of the Environmental Protection Act 1990, which mandates the proper management of waste to prevent environmental harm. Moreover, these actions could potentially constitute an offense under Regulation 38 of the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016, which prohibits the discharge of pollutants that could cause harm to water or land.
Given the severity of this breach and the clear evidence provided, I urge the relevant authorities to take immediate and decisive action against Recycled Plastic UK Ltd to:
1. Halt all operations resulting in pollution and adopt comprehensive measures to prevent future occurrences. 2. Implement strict environmental management practices to ensure full compliance with UK environmental legislation. 3. Initiate a prompt and thorough cleanup of the affected areas, particularly focusing on the drainage systems into which the plastic particles have been discharged.
Failure to address this issue promptly not only jeopardizes our community’s environmental integrity but also poses significant risks to public health and local ecosystems. I call upon the enforcement of the applicable environmental laws to rectify these violations and to hold Recycled Plastic UK Ltd accountable for their actions.
