Footpath Parking, 17th April
Again just an example of footpath parking, this is unacceptable. Why can’t you the council do something about it ? Corner of Cadman crescent onto Dyncourt road also Sambrook road. You can not walk down the footpath without having to walk on the road. So dangerous! I’ve reported it before and nothing gets done !

Usually 3 cars are parked almost completely blocking footpath, up against a garden fence. It is impossible for pedestrians to use footpath to pass by, my daughter is in a wheelchair so had to use the road., 11th April

Sofa dumped fly tipping, 10th April
These sofas have been dumped here now for over a month. Newbolds road on the drive by kingsway shops. Between 52 and 54 Newbolds Road. It’s a person from above the shops Kingsway shops. They should be made accountable for it ! It’s a mess and some people are bringing the estate down.

Anti social parking, 12th March
Cars routinely parking outside private residence blocking access to driveways. This happens daily and I routinely have to find alternative parking and am sometimes late for work when I can’t get off my drive. The vehicles in pictures were parked for 45 minutes before I left, so we’re probably parked there longer.

Lamp post in dangerous condition, 11th March
On Saturday afternoon the lamp post at the Fordhouse lane end of Stanley road CVul-de-sac, was hit by a car Reg. No.DA56CFO leaving it split in half. The lamp is still lit but it is only held together by its wiring and if it breaks then there will be live wires exposed. The car was removed by an unmarked recovery vehicle Reg. No. WO15ZBC, however it brought the car to the Bushbury Lane end of Stanley Road (another Cul-de-sac) and unloaded it, then drove away. Ten minutes later it came back, drove around the end of the road and left again. 20 minutes later it returned and this time, reloaded the car onto the truck and took it away. Seemed a very strange thing to do.

Damaged pavement and potholes!, 28th February
Damage outside 21/19 Willow Avenue wv11. I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the unresolved pothole issue outside my property. Despite reporting the problem over a year ago and the council marking the damaged area, there has been no further action taken to address the situation.
Not only has the pothole persisted, but its impact has escalated. The bricks on my driveway are now drifting away, directly attributing the damage to the prolonged negligence. More alarmingly, I witnessed a child tripping near the pothole just last week, emphasising the urgency of addressing this safety hazard.
I pay my council tax with the expectation that such issues will be promptly and adequately addressed. I implore you to escalate the matter and prioritise its resolution to prevent further damage and potential accidents.
Your immediate attention to this matter is crucial for the well-being and safety of the community. I appreciate your understanding and swift action.

Cars on double yellow lines at junction, 27th February
Yet again and for countless times vehicles parked on double yellow lines at the junction of Stanley Road and Bushbury Lane in Bushbury. This is already a difficult junction with a very busy road there is a nursery in Stanley Road and a lot of elderly people these vehicles cause a real problem to people entering an exiting Stanley Road forced off I have actually lost count of how many times I have reported this and nothing gets done. What is the point of painting the yellow lines if people who park on them, do so with impunity?
