2 vans parked on a pavement, 26th February
2 vans parked on a pavement on a corner to a cul-de-sac entrance. Can’t get a pram past, have to use the road, as they are blocking the pavement. Can’t even see around the corner as coming into the cul-de-sac as the view is blocked by this van. They park here every day, as they live on the street but use their van to park on the pavement.

Uninsured abandoned car, 17th November
Thiscar has been here for over 8mnth since the owner moved it is uninsured and moss growing underneath it and flat tyres nobody has been to it for over 8mnth when the owner moved and left it dumped there

Inconsiderate parking outside my back gate!, 11th October
Neighbour and his friends are causing me stress as im unable to repair my garden or put my bins out and even use the back gate entrance most times due to his and his mates inconsiderate parking, And respect for others. Left a polite notice on his mates vehicle to please not obstruct and please park better but his mate attempted to throw it back in my yard before the cardboard hitting him in the face. Karma. Its a shared residential alleyway, but the parking, just my gate is being abused. Ive had threats from him/neighbour of smashing my windows after confronting him. But police did nothing. Whats the point. We are polite people but it seems useless in modern society!

Car sales business parking on the pavement, need to use the road to pass by., 14th September
Pavement completely obstructed, I had to push the pram and walk my 2 year old grandson on the very busy road to get past. This is not the first time this has happened.

Parking on kerb, 5th October
These vehicles are parked on the whole of the street like this all day and night I have only managed to get these vehicles at present . They are causing problems for pedestrians who have to walk in the road.It gets very busy with having two primary schools on the street . Their have been a few near misses due to the people who don’t care we’re they park .

Multiple large pot holes along the length of the street, 4th May
4 years and getting progressively worse with use. Large council rubbish collection vehicles seriously add to the problem.

Vandalism, 25th June
New lamps insalled ,soon as i saw them ,,just knew what was going to happen and 2 wks later 50% smashed .might aswell change for normal street light now and show common sense . vandals will keep on smashing nice lamps . use somewhere else where public appreciate them . but public walking down dark lane need lighting. Sorry to be bearer of bad news.

Abandoned Car?, 6th January
This vehicle I do not recognise has been parked almost opposite to my drive for approx 2.5 weeks and now has a flat tyre. I have seen nobody approach the car in the two weeks over Christmas and it has not moved and I therefore am assuming it has been abandoned.

Broken boundary fencing, 2nd January
This council car parks boundary fencing is almost totally broken.It now allows vehicles to drive onto the public footpath while reversing etc whilst on the car park.Very dangerous.There are also wooden stumps were the fencing used to stand sticking up from the public footpath.Ideal for tripping over. It's the car park that is on Holden road/Manchester road,Leigh and is a car park for green lane chippy and the convenience store and the hairdresser's.This fence has been fixed before but doesn't last long.Maybe a more secure/safe boundary fencing is needed.

Missing bin, 2nd January
There has been a council rubbish bin at this bus stop on Manchester road,Leigh for as long as I can remember.The side of the road for buses travelling towards Manchester.The bus stop is between patterdale road and Ennerdale Road.Where has it gone?It is'nt there anymore.There's rubbish on the floor were it used to stand.Oddly enough there is a council bin that has suddenly appeared on the corner of the playing fields on Hawkhurst street that is entered via Ennerdale road, 200 yards away from the bus stops missing bin.It would be hygenic to have a bus stop bin put back please.

Uneven road surface in back street, 15th December
Uneven road surface,back of tyldesley road, opposite Chester street, near cut through to Chanters Estate tarmac breaking up over cobbles makes it very slippy in winter, plus rain is flowing away from drain due to surface being uneven so then flooding some back gardens, we have general public using this back street as a cut through and council do maintaince of grass area and hedges ,this has gradually been getting worse over the last 4 years my worry is that someone is either going to trip or slip on this uneven surface
