People are always dumping rubbish here on the bridleway, just off Town Lane Heskin. This time the people who owned the boxes have conveniently left there names on the address labels on two of the boxes.

Large jagged edges with potholes all along chis, 18th December
Large jagged edges and potholes either side of the road making it bad for overtaking vehiles esspecially on the school run, allready blown a tyre and shattered a rim on my vehicle. Road is unsafe and needs fixing.

Blocked footpaths, 19th March
Any afternoon that I drive along this road, I witness multiple instances of cars parked blocking footpaths for pushchairs and wheelchairs between the Farmer's Arms at Heskin and the BP garage at Wrightington.

Dangerous parking, 21st January
Cars are now being parked at the entrance to Manse Avenue, this is dangerous having to leave the Avenue on the wrong side of the road meeting cars driving in. Are yellow lines possible.

Inconsiderate parking blocking the road & parking on yellow school zig zags, 14th September
Parents arriving late at school abandon their cars which results in blocking the narrow road. They also park on the yellow keep clear zig zags which also obstructs the view of the road when crossing with children. Which is putting out children in danger.

Everyday people drop school children off here on the zig zag lines which clearly states keep clear. Withington lane at the bottom of the schools access road (heskin)

Footpath blocked trees, 12th June
The footpath in the area of 24 Manse Avenue Wrightington is completely blocked with tree's and pedestrians including school children are having to walk in the road at a blind bend. This problem has been reported in the past.

Manse Avenue has many potholes that are getting worse and have been here since before Christmas., 27th January
There are several potholes that are large in size and getting larger with continued bad weather and vehicular use of the street. The potholes are in unavoidable locations and could cause damage to vehicles and be an issue re safety for pedestrians.
One pothole near the entrance to the street has been filled but several were left in situ.
In addition to this the footpath outside my property (number 41) is in a poor condition.

Dog excrement of playing field., 8th July
There have been increasing amounts of people allowing their dogs to foul on the playing field. This is happening even though there are two bins actually on the field, one on either side. There is no excuse for allowing this to happen especially as a lot of children use this field for recreational purposes.

Terrible road surface, 27th February
This is a 90deg bend that is used regularly, the road surface is terrible. We cycle this area regularly and dread coming round this corner as you need to try and navigate through the multiple pot holes.
