Series of potholes, M6 Northbound, mainly on the LH side of the 2nd lane. Staring approximately 3/4 mile north of J26, Orrell and the Gathurst viaduct. Potholes are about 1" to 1.5" deep, (top road surface missing).

Along the M6 at the end of Latimer Close that seperates the walkway alongside the motorway, 21st January
Good morning, Recently you had a team putting up the new fence that separates the m6 walkway and the houses, unfortunately it seems the fence has come apart and is now leaning into the walkway, i feel it may completely collapse shortly ! Also could you please inform the team that comes to trim all the trees back if they could also trim the ones that are now growing over my garage and garden, they did it a few years ago but they are all growing over again. Blue bin abd 2 green across road has been out for 3 weeks now abd now theres flytipping, 21st July
I reported the blue bin and the other two green bins a week ago when it was brown bin day. Nothing was done i sent z photo blue bin was moved across the road becsuse it was blue and green bins wednesday19th they were not emptied and they are all still there. People are adding rubbish a large sheet of cardboard a big old empty plant pot what is going to be done about these please its an eyesore vermin attraction and rubbish keeps appearing ? Its disgusting.

Sharing disabled spit to guarantee parking, 13th July
The van and the 2 vehicles behind it all share the disabled spot according to which vehicle is the last to turn up deliberately taking up 3 spaces in the street for one household and if you even think of parking directly infront or behind the disabled spots they become aggressive and demand you move the car atleast 3 metres away from either front or back lines in my opinion the disabled spot should be revoked as its not being used for its intended purposes and is just a way to try and control the parking issues on the street.

Almond grove is one wsy entry only people in danger as drivers exit fast and dangerously, 30th April
The do not exit signs on this road arenit clear eniugh ! and the signs bent kids and drunken adults turn them round ,it an entry only Road and on a dayley basis car and vans speed out of here even the police. Its a serious accident waiting to happen childeren play here, drivers often just come this way too urinate up the wall or gates beside my house no 2 . THIS IS NOT RIGHT !!

A tree has from the side of the M6 onto the perimeter fence (your fence) it has not yet damaged the fence but the weight will bring it down.

Damaged fencing, 17th January
The recent winds damaged the fencing at the end of our property which borders onto the M6. The fence is not completely down but further strong winds could affect this.

This sign is a no exit its damaged again, 14th November
Almond grove is an entry only street no exit the signs at entry point have been tampered with and the sign in the picture is constantly vandalised and turned around people dont take any notice of these rules . Its a serious traffic accident waiting to happen childeren play in the street all the time and the speed they exit is lethal. It needs traffic cameras at the entry to Almond Grove then you can see whats happening. Between that no entry sign and opening to Almond grove they should put single yellow lines to stop parking up people will see then its a no exit road and stop speeding out . A child wi get hurt or cars will collide. Please please can this be sorted out the council sent someone a few months back to repair sign its the same again they also put street marking on the road . Can you help ..This issue is ongoing as long as we have lived here over 40 years weve complained many times too council. The exact locacation from the red no entry sign is 1,2,4 Almond Grove Worsley Hall Wigan WN5 9PE to end of road which comes out on Ormskirk Rd Wigan shop to the right and residence to left .

1st/2nd Avenue walkway, 21st April
This has been an issue for over 10 years this hole keeps appearing the council has been once about three years ago filled it in now it has collapsed again we are supposed to move our bins safely up and down here it’s a death trap

Damaged pavements & curbs, 2nd December
The small section of Hardy st off Park Rd, Wigan. Paving flags are cracked damaged and lifting, curbs are lifting missing or overturned. It has been like this for over 5 years. Wigan Council accept no responsibility for the road or pavement.

New 'Anti Bird' netting has trapped ten or more pigeons leaving them to suffer unnecessarily., 20th September
New 'Anti Bird' netting has trapped ten or more pigeons. This is extremely distressing as these birds are suffering unnecessarily due to the inappropriate fitting of the new netting at night when the birds are roosting. RSPCA, local news, local Councilors, have all been notified. Surely fitting spikes would be more humane than trapping them and leaving to starve or returning at night to shoot them !!! I can see that this is an ongoing problem that hasn't been improved at all.

There are trapped dying pigeons and dead pigeons stuck in the netting undernearth the motorway bridge., 9th September

Motorway bridge netting, 1st September
Under the bridge new netting has been placed where birds are nesting . Birds cannot get out from the netting and now are either trapped and starving to death or already dead. There are quite alot of birds and local residents are unhappy with the amount of time that highway England are taking to come out to the problem. This has been reported and so far the issue is not resolved. Local residents are going to endanger there selves trying to break the netting if this goes on much longer. Thanks for your help

Same area Dog poop every day, 28th May
The problem is a person on Ascroft road is letting his huge dog out and it runs around to our area every day and poops on the front, the owner is taking now responsibility and just shouts it back after 5 minutes.

Houses Shaking When Busses go past, 12th May
Hi, I have had this issue for a few years, but recently the house shakes more violently when a bus/large vehicle goes down scot lane in either direction. it used to be a small shake but now the doors rattle and floor vibrates a lot.
