Several potholes in the slow lane approx half a mile from J24 southbound, which have got bigger over the last week or so. Also another pothole at the exit of J24 (as you turn right towards the East Lancs road) and drive across the bridge over the M6, there are also potholes on the bridge , These have been filled in already, so have been there a while.

Deep pothole, 27th November
Deep pothole in outside (fast) lane on M6 southbound. It’s over 10cm deep, in line with driver side tyres and will potentially cause damage to vehicles.

Massive pot hole, 8th November
This pothole has been here for along time . Today I nearly damage my car and I had another member of the public day that he tried to report this and didn’t get anywhere and he damaged his car. I told the shop but wasn’t getting anywhere even though it says customer parking

Misleading sign, 24th January
There are currently roadworks at this location. At approximately where I have marked there is a construction access gap in the temporary barriers. There is also a sign indicating “A49 Wigan” at the exact same spot. This is causing those unfamiliar with the area to turn into the roadworks in the belief that this is the exit. I have witnessed it twice now and it happened to friends visiting us just now too. Can you please get this little blue sign moved. Thank you

Too many road markings, 4th January
Previous road markings have been partially erased and new ones applied however, the old ones still appear which makes it confusing when traffic is merging into lanes. It has been like this for months and each time I notice vehicles getting confused and close to causing a collision.

Old road works which run across A58 heading for M6 ., 7th September
Sunken roads works what run across the road are getting deeper there are at least 3 separate lengths what need attention your car is crashing into these old Sunken road works.These Sunken road are on the A58 liverpool Rd out side Dreamers beds & Haldane wood yard heading for the M6 motorway. Dangerously parked cars working and visiting YMCA on Hilton Street causing an obstruction and potential accident., 11th August
Workers and parents of nursery children and adjacent church + St Thomas school are parking on pavement at the juction of Hilton Street and Wyrevale Grove. When a child is injured or knocked down they may do something about it.

Heavy HGV's causing vibrations to house., 13th May
Speeding heavy HGV's constantly causing vibrations to the house. All day, every day/night and early morning. The road has recently been resurfaced but the vibrations still continue.

Tape flying into live traffic, 22nd April
The Costa in team have used cones and ticker tape to block a gap in the varioguard. The tape is flapping and has come loose and is flapping into live traffic. If it catches on a vehicle it could take the row of cones into live lane.

Inside lane appalling potholes, 27th March
I travel back and forth from haddock island to Warrington turn off, inside lane due to roadworks appalling on both sides of motorway, caused front suspension to go resulting in time off work and bill for repair. As we have to use these lanes they need to be sorted . I am now speaking to a group of people had same issues and looking to take further action to recover costs
