Slip Hazard, 16th February
Whilst walking with my wife and dog as we came to ascend the steps from the woodland opposite the bridge and entrance to cunningham clough, my wife slipped and fell on the steps due to an accumulation of mud and wet leaves. If these steps were maintained regularly this incident would not have happened. This needs urgent attention to save this from happening again.

Angled road/pavement, 19th January
The road and pavement are sloped slightly however over time this has increased creating a small valley this is causing damage to our cars and the cars of whomever comes to our property.

Large potholes with tarmac that is breaking down. Deep enough to cause cyclists problems and cause damage to wheels. Issue existed before January but has become a lot worse over the Christmas period.

Overgrown, 12th November
Me and my wife out walking the dogs,footpath none existent, my wife banged her knee on the car parked on the curb,(may I add illegally)both need addressing urgently before someone gets injured

Speed bumps are too high, 18th September
The speed bumps that have been installed are too high and have resulted in damage to my vehicle. On driving over one of the bumps my rear spring snapped and I am now unable to use my car for work until it is fixed at considerable cost.

Lights are still not repaired, 29th December
Street lamps 29 to 33 on Hindley Road Westhoughton are still unlit and have been for at least 2 months despite them previously having been reported. These LED lights are dim enough at the best of times and not working makes visibility even worse.

Crossing beep, 11th July
The traffic light crossing is going off every ten second of it’s own accord. This is highly disruptive as it is beeping all through the night also.

Cars don’t stop to look causing the majority of accidents on this roundabout., 8th July
Most accidents are caused from car approaching the round about from nel pan lane, they see up Wigan road (to their right) see it’s clear and fly across without even looking left. As they just think give to right so it’s their right of way. Meanwhile the cars coming up Wigan road encounter the pub on the right restricting their view of traffic from the right, they have to edge over the line before they can see oncoming traffic. All that is needed is a total stop sign for the cars coming up nel pan lane to stop the problem. I’ve had the salon 13 years and it’s easy to understand and see. Can someone please review this? Noisy Dogs, 17th May
Dogs are barking most day and night been happening for a while now, there locked in cages all the time and when you got work the next day it doesn't help when there barking at 3/4am.

Parking on double yellow lines at a junction, 30th March
This car was parked here last night when I left work at 9pm. It is again parked here. This is a bad junction at the best of times to come out of this car (which is not only parked on double yellow lines but obstructing the path) is making it worse

Woodland trees, 7th August
Trees from the woodland have grown over my fence line and are near my bedroom window also they have grown through my fence they need to be trimmed back

Overgrown shrubbery encroahing footpath, 1st September
Hindley Road. Shrubs so overgrown its now forcing people to walk in the road. A lady pushing a pram was forced to walk in the road. Reported weeks ago nothing changed.
