Sharing disabled spit to guarantee parking, 13th July
The van and the 2 vehicles behind it all share the disabled spot according to which vehicle is the last to turn up deliberately taking up 3 spaces in the street for one household and if you even think of parking directly infront or behind the disabled spots they become aggressive and demand you move the car atleast 3 metres away from either front or back lines in my opinion the disabled spot should be revoked as its not being used for its intended purposes and is just a way to try and control the parking issues on the street.

Safety mesh removed from railings, 18th May
Directly over Poolstock Lane, the mesh which was attached to railing on Westwood Way has been removed. A child or animal could easily fall through onto road below.

Car completely blocking footpath, 23rd June
This car was completely blocking the footpath so you had to walk up on to someone's garden to get past it

1st/2nd Avenue walkway, 21st April
This has been an issue for over 10 years this hole keeps appearing the council has been once about three years ago filled it in now it has collapsed again we are supposed to move our bins safely up and down here it’s a death trap

Damaged pavements & curbs, 2nd December
The small section of Hardy st off Park Rd, Wigan. Paving flags are cracked damaged and lifting, curbs are lifting missing or overturned. It has been like this for over 5 years. Wigan Council accept no responsibility for the road or pavement.

Car parked dangerously and illegally on double yellow lines outside my flat., 12th July
Car registration number MD69 FJZ parked illegally on double yellow lines and dangerously right on the corner of Upper Dicconson Street and Grayson's Close Wigan. I wouldn't have reported this but the rear of the car is sticking out dangerously away from the kerb and it is ridiculously parked. This is a permit zone also so it is illegally parked in several ways. I have been out visiting my parents so i don't know how long it has been parked there.

Trees blocking traffic lights, 10th June
As you come down central park way from the hospital, to turn left onto greenough street, the traffic light on your left on the pavement at the junction is completely covered by trees and cannot be seen. In the last week the number of people jumping reds there seems to be ridiculous. Maybe because they can't see the lights. The trees need clipping back as this is going to cause a crash or someone is going to get run over.

Houses Shaking When Busses go past, 12th May
Hi, I have had this issue for a few years, but recently the house shakes more violently when a bus/large vehicle goes down scot lane in either direction. it used to be a small shake but now the doors rattle and floor vibrates a lot.

Far away from kerb. Over 50cm, 12th October
This is an ongoing problem i have been reasonable with her whos car it is and she becomes violent. I am having to slam on reversing off my drive causing irritation were the seatbelt rubs on my childs neck aswell as mine. Its been happening over a period of months now and she still does this. She also parks way to close to her next door neighbours car setting off their alarm causing distruption in the street.

Twice in the last month I have seen people urinating in this area directly across the road from residential properties.

Defective no entry and one way signs, 11th May
The no entry signs at Ryde st just cypress road, WN5 and Almond Grove and Cypress road are not illuminated and as there is only 1 no entry sign it is not visible at night, also due to parking at times the signs are obsecured from view and today I had a near miss as I was travelling from Ormskirk road turned into ryde st to be confronted by a vehicle coming the wrong way, this was due to the sign being obstructed and there are 1 way signs also pointing the wrong direction so it looks as if the road is one way in the wrong direction.

Multiple potholes, 3rd May
I have complained for year ending up giving up} it's not just our road it's the backs to seen Springfield road done countless time bur 2nd Ave overlooked again and again

Spare land has excessive rubbish scattered as far as you can see from the footpath. Unsightly and makes me embarrassed to be a local., 1st May

Behind number 86 darling st there has been a fridgefreexzer and tv for approx 3weeks no effort has been made to remove it, 29th April
There is a back street between darlington st and spring grove behind 86 darlington street there is a fridgefreezer and tv it has been there approx 3 weeks with no attempt to remove it, as its quite large this is a hazard

2 x 20inch pot holes in middle of busy road, 10th March
Just before the railway bridge which is a give way bridge leading to miry lane industrial estate and a main Link road to Wigan town centre there are 2 very large pot holes in the road which are causing cars to swerve into oncoming traffic . I work for a council so I would say due to the position of the potholes it would need a temporary road closures with traffic diversion or out of hours with traffic management to sort it. But this is going to cause an accident if not acted on soon
