Pedestrian light button not working on crossing to westbound traffic on A5, 10th May
The lights on the pedestrian crossing did not appear to work when pressed. Waited 2 minutes then crossed when clear. The button appears to be heavily corroded.

Large Pothole on Birmingham Road A5127, 4th April
There is a large, deep pothole on the southbound side of the Birmingham Road A5127 just after the turning for the M6 Toll. It's in an unlit 50mph section of the road and can't be seen at night. This has caused structural damage to the alloy wheel of my car at approximately 21:45 on 4th April 2023.

A5148 roundabout missing signage, 13th February
Unclear lane markings and missing signage. Coming from the a38 people don't know what lane to use first one is left or the toll and the other lane is to head to Walsall and so forth. Markings are so bad none of them know which lane to use.

Shenstone roundabout coming off the a38 near the toll, 13th February
Lanes aren't clear and signage has come off. I'm scared to use the roundabout trying to go a5 east as everyone cuts across using the first lane that leads to the toll road. Lanes aren't labelled well on the roundabout. Needs sorting or there will be a crash.

The street light has been flickering. Serial number 70R37. Between A5148 and A5 slip lanes on Shenstone end of Wall interchange.

Light phasing, 27th February
The waiting area at the island for vehicles heading onto the A5127 north or A5148 north is far too short as only allows for one HGV or two cars. More than that and vehicles are stranded blocking the access onto the A5 westbound. The phasing of the lights need changing or better still a total redesign of this island to improve matters (unlike the previous redesign which just made it worse). There needs to be a minimum of three lanes heading north between the two sections of the dumbbell - or better still make this a grade separated junction as it was intended to be even before the M6 toll.
