Extremely large pot holes at end of Bescot road near jnc 9 of m6 and on the road under the motorway., 5th March
The pot holes have been present for a while but are now joining together to form a large crater in the road. As you come from Bescot Road to where you get on at jnc 9 of the m6 to going under the motorway to travel to Wednesbury.

Severe uneven suface, 28th February
Both lanes to the slip road M6 south bound junction 9 are in dire need of repair and causing vehicles to swerve thus creating a dangerous area of the network. This issue has been getting worse over several months and is now very serious.

Deep pothole, 26th February
Deep pothole on Wednesbury Interchange below M6 junction 9. Hole is on the carriageway at the start to the on-slip for the M6 southbound carriageway in lane 2 of 2. Vehicles are swerving around it and it is causing punctures and damage to vehicles wheels.

There is extremely bad litter all around the big island underneath the M6 at Junction 9. Both on the island itself and surrounding. This is everywhere but especially prominent when coming from the retail park and looking at the island.

Pothole just before the RAC building middle lane of southbound M6, 9th February
3 very large potholes about 10 metres apart of each other. Have to swerve the car else would cause definite damage. Rain making it even more dangerous and less easy to see. Needs sorting asap!!

Pothole on sliproad, 7th February
Junction 9 hardshoulder/slip road just prior to the slope exit, a small but deep pothole has formed. I didn't notice it in time and it has caused my tyre to rip and bubble. Deep enough to cause damage to cars. Travel and exit on Junction 9 daily - did not notice this yesterday.
