A continuously increasing line of full bin bags being left by the side wall on the road, 10th January
Lots of bin bags accumulating over time by the road near the wall of number 56 Howard Park Cleckheaton outside by the wall.

Dangerous potholes from A62 along Norristhorpe Lane to mini roundabout, top of Millstone Rise., 8th March
There are serious potholes along the length of Norristhorpe Lane from the traffic lights at the A62 junction through to the mini roundabout at the top of Millstone Rise. The sides of the traffic calming mounds are seriously potholed so it is impossible to avoid them at busy times of the day. They are getting steadily worse and are dangerous. Trench across road not covered, 15th November
A trench has been dug across the road, a large section is not covered. I hit that section on my bicycle early this morning and consider myself luck to escaped without injury.

Blocked drains in lane 3 on the M62 between hartshead moor services and junction 25 exit towards manchester, 8th October
The drains in lane 3 have rubbish and weeds blocking them, how are they supposed to work correctly when it rains. They have been like this over a year at least. When it rains it just runs across all lanes.

The street light has been partly sawn off and the stump covered with a plastic bag.. we need the light back its been like this 2 months

Gantry speed limit 40mph in both directions, 3rd September
Overhead speed limit suddenly displays 40mph for no reason. Dangerous as cars brake hard to get down from 70 to 40.... after about a mile displays End. For no reason! Why are such speed limits not corrected for hours after the incident has been resolved? I've even seen Danger of Ice on a warm summer afternoon... come on guys! ... smoke less weed in the control room and get your signage right!!!

The lanes open up two lanes and abruptly change back to one lane with no warning just prior to hart'shead moor services on the M62, 3rd August
The lane opens up into two lanes and abruptly changes back into two lanes with no warning. This nearly caused two accidents. It does this twice without warning just prior to hartshead moor services.

Road markings required, 8th November
The road markings are virtually nonexistent and need reapplying along with a give way sign. The road is a death trap waiting to happen. There are daily near misses on this road.

Manhole cover needs attention, 11th August
Dear sir the man hole cover on buttershaw lane requires tarmac surround it as been done a few years ago but very unprofessionally it requires saw cutting further away from the iron work and then digging out to take base coat and topping we can contribute to costs if the work is done correctly I could do it myself but no longer have roadworks certificate thanks
