Illegal parking, 14th February

Massive lorry tire in lane 2 and 3 of the M62 westbound, between junctions 32 and 31. 10.30am on Friday 8th. Multiple cars swerving and hard braking to avoid collisions. Called your reporting line, stuck in a queue and I have to start work, so yeah. Hire more advisors maybe?
