There is yet another horse tethered on a public footpath next to a busy road on public land causing an obstruction on the public footpath. This has been going on for years with a different horse tethered horse every week. It is pacing round and round as it is stressed and cannot move freely. It approaches people as it wants company. It is only a matter of time before the horse gets hit by a car or lorry on Thorney Lane North. The footpath by it ww3 location adults.linked.boat is also used as a tethering spot. The path and grass have been worn down because a horse is there. The path and grass are full of poo. This is a public health hazard. It could have parasites and diseases in it.
