The mattress has been lying here for over a month infront of my house, now someone has added a pillow and also thrown another pillow and rubbish in my front garden. Someone walking by complained to me about it blocking the footpath but it's not mine. Before the mattress there were other items repeatedly left here. Please can you remove them and investigate.

Recently the footpath has sunk, making it dangerous, 1st May
As I was walking along on Westbrook Road I noticed slabs have lifted on one side and sunk in the other side at two places outside 68 Westbrook Road. It’s become very uneven, could be dangerous walking hazard. I have been away for 3 months so I can’t say how long it’s been there but definitely happened while I was away.
