Electric car parked but not charging, 26th April
An electric car has been parked in the electric vehicle space for several days but has not used the charging point at all. The letter sent by Hounslow council stated these spaces could only be used when actually charging. The sign is unclear and the traffic wardens obviously don’t know. Please can the signage be clarified as to whether an electric vehicle can park there if not charging

Area to the front of Lighterage Court (possibly private land) which is the access route for the binstores., 26th April
The front of Lighterage Court has 2 binstore entrances, 1 at each end of the building. The cycleway works have blocked access to both binstores. The crews have not been able to empty the bins for a period of weeks. This has created a serious health hazard.
It also appears that the works have encroached onto private land which is part of Lighterage Court - please see the attached photograph and compare it to GIS records. This prevents bins from being moved along the front of the building to the access road.
Refuse & recycling collections are scheduled to take place every Monday & Wednesday, at any time between 7am and 5pm. The crews are not able to move bins more than 10m, so it is essential for the crews to be able to move the bins directly from the binstores to the road on these days. Adequate access arrangements must be restored immediately.

Pavement dug up outside 51 Cambridge Road South, 25th April
Some work was started by Ringway over 6 weeks ago. Pavement was dug up and fenced off. Nobody has been on-site to complete the work and the pavement remains inaccessible and the barriers obstruct the entrance to my house. I reported this issue on 2 April and have not had any response from Hounslow Highways since. Hence I am reporting the issue again in the hope of getting a response and having this issue addressed.

Two huge cracks / potholes on the edge of the bus lane / main lane of Paradise Road, 24th April
Long standing and ever growing crack and holes in the road surface. This road has not been resurfaced for so many years yet increased volume of traffic has really taken its toll. 30 year resident on this road - never been this shocking condition before. Buses are rattling as they pass over the holes and make the row of houses judder
