On the driveway pavement outside number 19 Woodlands Grove, 29th April
Dear Hounslow Council,
I reported this problem on the 6th of March. The pavement is uneven and the stone seems to be sinking and buckling in a couple of places. The stones are coming loose. The sink point appears to be around a water meter access point.
Someone from the council came and put a traffic cone on the area on the 11th of March. He was unable to tell me when the problem would be resolved. I was sent a message saying that the state of the report had changed to "duplicate". Seeing as this didn't say "resolved" or "concluded" and nobody came to retrieve the traffic cone, I was waiting for more news.
Could I please request an update? Or a sense of the timeframe for this to be resolved?

Road closure/bus stop options, 29th April
? Bus stop closed because of road closure but no alternative provided. Road closures on Spring Grove road till 2nd May and because of this Kings Avenue bus stop is closed but no alternate option provided. This is causing lot of inconvenience in the morning to take kids to school. The next bus stop is Hounslow East tube station bus stop which is too far. It would've been better if the Kings Avenue bus stop is at least operational during school hours in the morning (8:15 AM to 9AM). There are only two bus routes on this route (111 and H28) and closing the bus stop is very inconvenient. • What outcome are you seeking? Request you to please consider this and allow for road closures only if an alternative is provided at least during school hours suitable for pick-up and drop.
