Large pothole - urgent repair needed., 14th March
The road surface is breaking up and there is a large porthole on a bend approaching Albert Bridge. It’s dangerous because it’s deep and traffic is swerving to avoid it on the bend.

Loose and sunken drain cover in road, 20th January
Drain cover has sunk slightly into road and is noisy and rattles when vehicles drive over it. On road between numbers 88 and 90 Ditton Road (in direction of Horton road) Needs digging up and leveling and new tarmac surrounding the cover as it sunk and broken up.

Street furniture ie comms cabinet rusting all round base. Measures 1m x 1m approx. No branding visible. Next to new looking cabinet unbranded also. In precarious state IMHO. I’ve been resident nearby for 40 years. In situ most of that time. Could even be redundant Rust is progressing. Dangerous state

Lamp has fallen off pole, 6th January
Hello - the street lamp at this location has fallen off the top of the pole. I think it's because it got caught up in a tree during the recent gales. The lamp itself is now resting on the grass verge. Obviously it doesn't work any more!!

Large hole in grass verge, 14th December
A large hole in the grass verge caused by vehicles constantly parking there. This remains a danger to pedestrians walking and also the resident living in the adjacent property who has a disability cannot enter or exit a car outside her gate. The grass verge has been repaired further along the road but this area was left because of vehicles parked. This has been ongoing for several years.

Raised metal cover with crumbling edges, 29th November
This has been getting worse for the last couple of weeks. The cover was removed and replaced higher with a ring of tarmac, which has crumbled. It’s a trip hazzard on a very narrow part of the pavement where many older villagers with disability buggies use to access the pedestrian lights.

Pedestrian lights not working, 29th November
Pedestrian lights not working in Toby side of the road. The memorial hall side are fine.
Nothing happens when you press the button. Many children, adults and older members of the community use these lights to get to the bus stops, shops etc.
They have been not working for at least 4 weeks.

Fallen tree/shrub into highway, 30th October
During the recent storms a small tree or shrub has no fallen into the road path. This means cars are having to move into the opposite lane to avoid it which is potentially quite dangerous.
