FIXMYSTREET IN TW17 0SB
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of TW17 0SB:
Uneven road, 29th April
The road is damaged here - it's not a single pothole, but rather a good few metres of rough and crenellated road, just after the traffic lights as you head towards the bridge. As a beginner cyclist, I feel like it's about to throw me off my bike when I ride over it. Please could it be smoothed?

Missing road markings white lines along dropped kerbs, 24th April
After re surface work, they have not put back the markings around dropped kerbs as well as lines to restrict parking on the pavements. There are vans and cars parked on the pavements prevent buggies / mobility scooters to pass through as well as severely restricting views of the road when trying to come out of our driveways.

Persistent dog fouling, 23rd April
Nothing is being done about this. Been reporting for over a year. Still the same fat black Labrador leaves almost daily gifts on footpaths in Fairview Drive used by school kids, walkers and residents Seems pointless reporting law breaking owners these days.

Blocked drain Northbound A244 in the central reservation opposite road sign 026, 14th April
The drain in the Northbound carriageway of the A244 north of Charlton Lane opposite road sign 026 is blocked. This drain has a manhole cover next to it. Whenever there is anything more than a shower the carriageway floods to a degree that vehicles cannot safely use the marked lane and a force to use the marked hatched area and the bicycle lane. This has been an ongoing problem for well over six months.

Serious safety hazard with phasing at these lights, 13th April
When entering these lights from shepperton (anshfrod road) and taking right hand lane to go right along staines road west (a308) you have to wait in middle of junction to for oncoming traffic to pass, when lights go green. If there is no break in oncoming traffic to turn right - then once lights go red- you’re abandoned in middle of road while oncoming traffic from school road is still green lighted (as their filter right lane also kicks in from their side). This is normally when you’d be able to turn and escape the middle of junction but instead you’re left dangerously hanging in mid junction on a red light. This is so unclear. This has happened to me twice now and I’ve narrowly avoided a serious accident. Once today and once last Sunday. Something needs to be changed. please could you let me know it’s been looked at or if you need more info. It’s very scary.

Outside 11 & 13 old Charlton road, 11th April
Pathment uneven when raining water collects over the whole area and pedestrians are forced to walk in the road or cross the road. In extreme rainfall water then flows into the property of 11 & 13 causing excessive water to flow toward the properties. The path needs to be levelled so it stops the water flowing into the 2 properties and directs water back to the road side and drainage system. This is not the first time it has been reported and nothing has been done!

Pot holes outside my property. Very nosey when cars come long, 2nd April
The Pothole were much smaller when I left 2 months ago. What appears to happen in one of the cases is that the contractor comes and fills a hole but leaves a little infilled which then gets bigger and bigger. Would it not be sensible to fill all holes close to one another rather than letting them get bigger and bigger so some one has to return to fill these bigger holes. If the work was checked the filling may last longer.
