A new pothole has appeared on the inside of the bend, it is in a dangerous position as it has the potential to throw a car or motorcycle into the path of oncoming traffic. This is the site of many accidents over the years, so needs urgent attention.

A large amount of cardboard has been left at this location, it may have been put out for recycling, but it is far more than the recycling truck will take & is a danger to passing traffic in the current windy conditions.

Cooker fly tipped at the bottom of Mount, 6th April
A cooker has been dumped at the bottom of Mount..it has been moved back from the edge of the road so it is not a hazard to traffic.

Stormwater issue, 11th January
I had logged this about 4 months ago. The tarmac ramp ( that Cornwall Highways installed) at the top of our lane is wearing away and storm water cascades down and washes the the lane away.. we have just spent nearly £10k repairing the lane and we need this ramp reinstated to prevent wear. There is a storm water drain less than a 100 m from this point which takes the rainwater away and if the ramp was reinstated the water would find its way to this drain and prevent the lane from washing away. A lady from the council did attend in October and said it should easily be completed before the end of December. Unfortunately it hasn't been fixed and we have had a lot of rain which is washing the lane away. Thank you.

Collapsing highway, kerbs and pavement outside 45 Churchfields Road, Cubert, TR8 5JN, 14th February
This issue was reported approx. 4-5 years ago and someone investigated it, marked up the area with spray paint, but nothing was ever done. The area has now sunk further and the crack in the highway is getting larger.

Ignoring "keep to footpath" and "keep dogs on leads" signs, 3rd November
More and more people ignoring signage over private farmland. Signs have been put up this year advising of the path and to keep dogs on leads but some have been vandalised or removed. More and more dog mess left which is a risk to cattle. More official signage and the footpath marked along the route would help.

Flooding, 30th October
Ever since the road was resurfaced due to severe potholes, now when it rains a large puddle appears opposite our drive. This is due to the poor join in the resurfacing and the old tarmac.

Overgrown hedge, trees and debris along the road from Rejerrah Farm Courtyard (SW 80263 56421) to junction before A3075 (SW 80228 55519), 25th September
There is a significant amount of hedge and tree encroachment running along the road between Rejerrah Farm Courtyard and the junction just before A3075 near Braefel garage.
Additionally, there is also a build up of debris, leaves and tree branches.
