Tarmac breaking up next to B.T. Manhole covers on Tregye Road. nr by-pass BridgeCarnon Downs, 24th January
The tarmac around the outside of the BT Manhole covers is breaking up particularly at the leading edge where traffic first makes contact. It sounds like a 'clapper' particularly when heavy lorries or buses travel over it!! Under road surface ironwork is becoming exposed. Google Street Maps shows it to have become progressively worse since Sept 2021.

Floodwater from Point Road affecting properties in Chycoose, 27th August
There is an unresolved long-term problem of floodwater from Point Road pouring down the adopted access lane to Chycoose. Large quantities of water and debris are carried down the lane which then continues down the drive to Chycoose House and the Old Farmhouse. This continued all winter until Spring and has happened again today (see photos).
