Very large very dangerous deep wide pothole narrow bend. There are 3 x dangerous potholes one has cones in it but the one on bend is lethal as you can not go over it and I have nearly been hit a few times where I or other cars are having to go round it., 2nd December

There are 3 x dangerous potholes along this road, one has cones in it but the one on bend is lethal as you can not go over it and I have nearly been hit a few times where I or other cars are having to go round it. The school bus travels this route every morning as well as parents traveling to Stonegate primary school. PLEASE sort this out as a matter of urgency as it is an accident waiting to happen! Also note there are large Lorry’s using this road which have driven cars off the road along this stretch as they are too wide for the road which just adds to the danger. Road signs should also be put up on this bend.

Very deep pothole, 29th April
Pothole cannot be straddled, so avoid it you have to bear into oncoming traffic. It on the apex of a bend and it’s difficult so see on coming traffic. It will cause an accident

Large Crater and Several Potholes, 13th January
Coming from Ticehurst on Church St., after the bend as you pass the business park until the junction where Sheepstreet Lane begins there are ''several potholes'' and a ''massive crater'' which stretches' long'' which are dangerous more than anything. Please fix.

Bad workmanship B2099, 30th October
A gas utility company is poorly repairing their holes making this lovely bit of smooth tarmac a future pothole nightmare. The road is resurfaced by the council then ruined by a utility company and then the potholes mended with public money.....this is not good use of public funds when it should be repaired by the gas company.

Poor road repairs on B2099, 21st October
The lovely smooth and relatively recently repaired B2099 between Ticehurst and Wadhurst is being dugup by a Utility company. 50% of the dozens of patches are not level and poorly done and will deteriorate quickly....thereby costing East Sussex Highways and ultimately us ....money. Please can the council having allowed the new surface to be dug up ensure the repairs are done to exacting standard and give us a 'smooth' ride again.
