Multiple deep potholes, 21st April
Potholes have been here for over 1 year continuously getting deeper and deeper. There are multiple and now so close together you can not avoid them when driving down the lane - there is no room to swerve round one before hitting another.

Approx 3ft long, 6 inches wide on the brow of a slope just east of j/w Chartres, Bexhill., 16th April
This 'pothole' has been getting increasingly worse for weeks each time a vehicle drives over/into it especially being on the wrong side of a brow. It is a danger to pedal and motorcyclists when full of water or in the dark.

Selling cars on the grass by the bend, 10th April
The house with the food truck on double yellow signs has now parked cars on the grass opposite by the bend. Looks like they are selling cars on land that doesn't belong to them. The clear patch of grass by the traffic lights should not be used to sell cars. Yesterday there was two cars parked on the grass with rubbish around them and signs up. The guy is making that end of London road look like a slum. He won't listen to the council, you need to tow the food truck and the parked cars and the cars on the grass away.
