Water all over the road and path, 18th April
Water all over the footpath and road causing the road and path to be constantly wet and causing slip hazards. Kids and elderly people walk up and down this route every day due to local school, shop and doctors being nearby. The path has green algi causing a really slippery surface. It appears to be a drainage pipe exposed and flooding down the hill. This hazard needs rectifying ASAP. Someone will get seriously hurt due to this hazard.

Potholes, 18th February
You recently resurfaced the area to the north of Sedlescombe golf course entrance. Conveniently missing the section south of there, which is still a pothole slalom. It's dangerous, with poor surface condition affecting grip on the hill northbound. It's also an area affected by surface water so the potholes are hard to see and impossible to avoid. Your resurfacing stopped about 50cm short of these potholes, so thanks for that.

Poor road condition and worn markings, 3rd February
This is a known dangerous junction. The filter lane markings have worn away, and the road condition here is awful, particularly southbound past the junction with marley way and adjacent to the layby. This area is known for flooding and surface water and the poor lighting road surface and markings are an accident waiting to happen - except they keep happening.

Potholes due to extra traffic, 25th January
Good morning, Several potholes have appeared at the end of our driveway due to extra traffic using our lane when the A21 is closed for repairs and accidents. I normally would never complain but our cars and our customers motorhomes and caravans are now grounding out when entering and leaving our property. We look forward to hearing from you.
