A lot of gravel has washed down this hill and formed a treacherous bed at a sharp bend at the bottom of the hill - a slip hazard for cyclists, especially if they don't see it until the last moment

3 foot tall grass, 5th September
Grass verges not been mowed in so long the grass is now 3 foot tall and looks awful. Both sides of the road. At the beginning of the street it’s mowed regularly but they never or rarely do the entire street. So when it is done it goes brown as was too long

Dangerous footpath, 6th May
Footpath between Langholm Rd/Great Footway in terrible disrepair and dangerous. Rusty barbed wire fence/tied up with string, drop on one side of pathway. Saw an elderly person trip up luckily they weren’t hurt too badly.

2 very deep pot holes, 16th March
As you turn left from stockland green road to continue onto stockland green road. There is two houses Clivers Cottage. There are two very deep potholes, very dangerous. They have been there since Christmas. I am surprised nobody has reported these.

On Stockland green Road going down the hill passed Etherington Lawn there are other potholes all the way down to Birchwood hOUSE., 7th February
This road has been like this since November in the office I work , I have had 2 flat tyres and another member of staff has had 1 flat tyre. The Road is dreadful, There have been some white marks drawn around a few situated before Etherington Lawn but there are still loads more.
