It a pothole, 26th May
I’m trying to find who I can report the problem of the Overgrown side of this Road. I have tried Ashford B Council No not them Tried Biddenden Parish Council Not them! This has never been Cut where as just across the road is always cut I live at No 4 Townland Close along side this, in front of! No.3 where a lady has since died her Gardener used to cut this. I am 83 having a job to keep my garden well kept and this a eye sore to people coming into the Village.please sort out who should cut The roadside sign must belong to the Coucil. Pot hole in Fosten Lane Biddenden caused 2 punctures on my vehicle, 7th March
On Thursday 04/03/21 between 11 - 12am I was driving down Fosten Lane when my vehicle went in a pot hole obscured by water causing damage to two tyres on the passenger side, I have enclosed the pictures, while I was waiting for a mobile tyre assistance I saw one of your Highways stewards who told me to report this, subsequently this damage cost me £414.00 the Invoice is available

Fosten Lane rubbish dumped, 23rd October
Rubbish has been dumped at the entrance to a field in Fosten Lane close to the junction with the A262. Animals are starting to scavenge the contents of the bags and scatter the rubbish to a wider area. There is also a crash helmet dumped there. See photos. Would it be possible for the refuse collection lorry to pick up the rubbish next Monday?

Road flooding!, 19th June
Due to recent road resurfacing the drains are blocked with Tar and Chippings causing the road to flood,also flooding into adjacent garden.It has been marked with yellow paint and left.

Grass verge around property churned up, 27th January
This is outside a house on the corner. Cars park on the length of this grass verge. Cars are still parking although the ruts are deep and full of water. Picture three is the front of the house and cars are now starting to park on this to. This happens thoughout the year but end up like this every winter .

Large deep hole on edge of roundabout plus rubble, 1st August
This hole has been here over a year and is getting deeper when it rains it fills with water. which covers quite a bit of the road, this spread the dirt over the road. This edge of this roundabout gets driven over by the Dust cart and other larger vehicles that cannot get around the roundabout because of parked cars. The grass has been turned up and never gets a chance to recover. About two weeks ago some one has dumped a load of wall tiles here as well

Poor visibility at junction, 10th July
Despite the verge having been cut, the visibility at this junction remains very poor due to heavy vegetation on the field boundary. This causes difficulty for traffic turning right from Biddenden into Benenden Road.

Broken Dangerous footpath, 12th January
Broken footpath between 33 & 30 The Weavers. Slipped several times in dark on this. There are also very elderly residents using this daily. This has been broken for nearly 2 years

Overgrown verge and hedge, 5th July
The verge on the East side of the bend at Woolpack Corner had become very overgrown. This makes the junction very dangerous to traffic turning right toward Benenden Hospital and Biddenden Vinyard.

Pond and ditch at back of houses, 12th August
There is concern that if we have the same level of rain / flooding as last winter that the pond and ditch which runs along the back of gardens number 1, 3 and 5 Mansion house close will overflow and flood the gardens of these houses. We do not know who is responsible for this water area and would be grateful if it could be investigated and measures taken to prevent any flooding. Thank you

Overgrown alleyway, 12th August
The pathway that runs along the back of the houses is very overgrown and is causing issues for services such as window cleaning and taking bins out. Please could someone find out who is responsible for this area and request that they fix it. Thank you
