FIXMYSTREET IN TN2 4LW
The following problems have been reported on Fix My Street within 2 miles of TN2 4LW:
Previously reported and left. Dead deer, 24th April
This deer was reported some months ago. There were 5 dead deers. All were removed bar this one. And now where the deer has been left to rot it has been moved out of the verge and onto the white lines onto the road by what I would assume a fox. It’s large and can’t miss it. Southbound. Why it had been left knowing what was going to happen it should have been removed in the first place with all the others that week. Now will you remove it this time

Dead deer in central reservation., 27th February
I have reported this dead deer before and it’s still there. 4 dead deer were removed from this same area (all been left until collected all at same time -after they were all lined up in yellow bags in a lay by on the opposite side a bit further down waiting for someone else to collect them!) but for some reason youve left this one. I do not understand. Please remove it it is distressing seeing it every day! I will have to take this further if it’s not carried out.

Dead deer in central reservation, 19th January
Been reported before. You picked up 3 or 4 dead deers at once week before last but left this one for some strange reason. Please remove asap. My kids get upset seeing it. Go past the roundabouts and get into dual carriageway northbound. You will see it laying in central reservation. Don’t go past the pembury turn off (turning right) youve gone too far. The deer is before that.

With the excessive rain, the inner lane of this busy carriageway is now underwater and possess a huge risk of aquaplanning and crash- it’s situated after a bend, so not very visible at speed, plus this road is not lit. Likely to be extremely hazardous in the dark. Needs closing for safety. Reported on 4th November also. Nothing has been carried out to prevent this water build up occurring again.
