ALL drains from Framfield to Ickfield!, 16th April
Travelling from Framfield to Uckfield this morning, I noticed that all drains had been cleared, Unbelievably, all the spoil was put right next to the drain on the left and the right, which will allow it to immediately drain back in or stop water getting to the drain head. This is breathtakingly bad work, It would not have been too hard to move it a little way away from the drain but what they have done has made problems worse not better. We have waited a long time to have these drains cleared and what they have done has done nothing

These potholes have been reported numerous times for many weeks, yet no attempt to even effect temporary repairs seem to have been attempted. The road condition is a clear and present hazard to life.

Hedge overgrowing public right of way, 2nd April
This laurel hedge is on land belonging to the owner of No. 4 The Laurels. We believe property is currently unoccupied. We understand from previous tenants that the landlord lives overseas. No contact details for the owner are available. The hedge has overgrown the boundary several years ago and now totally blocks the footpath (public right of way) that runs between the neighbouring houses. The neighbouring property (No. 8) is not able to fully use their parking space. Complaints are received at No. 8 even though the hedge is on land belonging to No. 4.

Has been getting bigger for quite a few weeks and is now of a size that if a cyclist or motorcyclist hit it they would certainly come off. It is also certainly big enough to do serious damage to vehicles
