Unmarked electirc fence, 29th April
I was walking on this very narrow public footpath and had cause to reach out and touch the fence to allow another walker come past, and was rewarded with a very painful electric shock. I have been using this footpath for some years now and have never had this issue before, so perhaps it's electrification is recent, but is is not marked as being so in any way which is alarming. I am reasonably fit and healthy so apart from a sore arm and a headache, I am unharmed, but it is a vey narrow footpath and electrifying the fence seems an unacceptable risk to walkers.

A ULEZ sign has been cut down with the pole being cut in half. It remains with the sign itself now on the pavement. I first noticed this on Wednesday 24th April at 05.00. It looks like it is a deliberate act by what is likely to be an action group. There is a possibility of the sign, in this condition, becoming a hazard to pedestrians., 27th April
As explained above, it looks like the ULEZ sign has been deliberately cut in half by an action group, since there has been other activity of this kind in the area. There is a possibility it could became a hazard to pedestrians.
